FAQ's
What is the best method for deep cleaning tile and grout?
Hot water extraction combined with professional-grade rotary scrubbing is the most effective approach. We apply the right chemistry for your tile type before extracting contaminants from deep within the grout line.
How often should tile and grout be professionally cleaned?
Most residential surfaces benefit from professional cleaning every 12 to 18 months. High-traffic areas, commercial floors, and spaces prone to moisture may need attention more frequently to prevent buildup and long-term staining.
Can professional tile cleaning restore heavily stained or discolored grout?
In most cases, yes. Our professional tile cleaning services use targeted treatments that break down mineral deposits, mold, and embedded staining. Severely deteriorated grout may need regrouting, which we can assess during consultation.
What is the difference between tile cleaning and tile sealing?
Tile cleaning removes dirt, staining, and biological growth from the surface and grout. Sealing is a protective step applied afterward that slows future contamination. Both are part of a complete maintenance approach for long-term surface performance.
